Passing #1 is from a series that continues my interest in cinematic frames imbued with emotion through their consideration.
This picture is of my father midway through his life story – time before and to be had unconsidered in his experience of the moment.
It is developed from found photographs, the images activated with paint, erasure and distortion, inviting the viewer through lack of detail into their own engagement with the work.
